Although the possibility is not zero...
Currently Wings3D uses wxWigdet library library for GUI.
Then,there are people who are trying porting wxWigdet to Android and iOS..
But,I think both are still under development,so It may realize for take many years...

Any plans to port wxWidgets to Ios,Android or WinRt? (wxWidgets forum)
