Angle measurement

Could someone help me. I have letter V from Verdana font and would like to measure angle in center of this letter.

It's a regular shape, so you can use two edges to measure the angle you need (if I understood it right):

After measurement would like to change this angle into 60 degrees.

Here is an idea about how you could change that angle?
