this kind of airplane has a wingspan of 17,75m.
So just right click (Body menu), and another right click (or click on the little rectangle at "cube" word) on Cube command, and type "17,75" on X axis. This long cube is your reference to F13 airplane wingspan.
EDIT: As the tutorial mention: "The cube will be a temporary reference for scaling the image-plane containing the plans."
