It seems to be in all versions. I mainly use 1.5.3, but also 1.1.1 to export fbx files. Both behave exactly the same. I guess I could try installing an even older one sometime. But I don't think that is the issue.

Just installed 0.99.0 which just gives me an error on start and then just sits there. Need to use Taskmanager to kill it.
