Just playing around with the booleans -and 'scatter' tool- in Wings' ML edition... All the cubes are scattered on a bigger cube and boolean-ed.

As is evident, this is an abstract experimental modelling sample. Imagine what somebody can achieve using those tools...

(the rendering is done in Blender)

Whatever hosting service you are using felt like it was going to infect me with a virus. PLEASE BEWARE.

Why would I need more FLASH to show an image ? And why would additional FLASH components want to install "MPLAYER.exe" right away on my machine. I am very paranoid, yep.

Anyone want to chill me down ?

A quick google says ...

"Flash Player HD is a malware installer that is included in advertisements."

Somehow ... that's what I get confronted with when I try this link.

ggaliens, that happens to me only if I try to use IE.8 (the pop up). No problem here with FF.21 (my default one).

Very nice render, Dimitri: i didnt know Blender was able to render that edge line around the geometry! What resource is that? Some kind of toon render or another thing?

I've post one of your pictures in wings3dchannel facebook profile: if you want i change your credit, let me know and i replace it immediatly, ok?! Smile

Mark, it is just Imageshack... my usual image uploading site. It is the first time I do hear such a warning. Are you sure that there is a problem really?

Fonte, Blender has a poor as to its options but yet a very able and fast native npr rendering option. I make use of it in this rendering. As far as I know in the coming version of Blender there will be incorporated in it a very advanced npr renderer named 'Freestyle' (it is slow somehow but it is really a very able npr renderer). So the opportunities to make npr renderings of a vast variety of styles within Blender will be open to everyone.

As to the facebook profile... thanks a lot for it. It is a honor to me. : - )

Imageshack has always seemed like a virus waiting to happen in my book.

JMHO

Right from ADOBE ...

So what I'm saying here is that I'm 98% certain ... that at the time I visited the site to view your image ... that process was presenting me with an opportunity to get infected. These opportunites while subtle to some ... stick out like a sore thumb to others. Let's hope image shack is on top of this.
