Greetings,

I would really like to attach some Font on a Surface (Like a Plane) to Engrave it on it.

Is there any option to achieve this on an easy way ?

In a easy way, no.
The best way is to use the ggaliens' Booleans plugin (check his webpage), but you still will need to do some work like "anchor" some vertices if you intend to smooth the object after that. (you can use Tools->Connect for this task)
