This took me a few hours but I think I finally got it looking ok. I know this would have been "easier" using a nurbs modeler but . . . Wings is what I know so I use that. :-)

Nice Smile but you forgot a thread/screw.. ummm I mean that spiral in holes for bolts ;p haha I know its hard, just joking ;p

Playing with Wings is a much fun ^.^. Im waiting for more!

For this job I am skipping the thread screws. I am rendering on my GPU and want to keep my memory under 4GB which means I can't go too heavy on the mesh/textures etc.

hmmmm I dont understand... that means that one mesh you show above is a piece of something bigger that you work on ?

Yes. Much much bigger. Over 3600 parts in total in this assembly. I only model the parts that are missing or are damaged too much in the conversion process so that they don't render correctly.
