Spacebar clears body selection mode

When I am in body selection mode and I press spacebar, in addition to clearing the selection, Wings resets the selection mode to vertex/edge/face! This is rather annoying... Sad

Under Edit > Preferences > General > Highlighting > Enable "Conditional deselection". This way a single space bar will deselect but keep the same mode (edge or face or edge). Double space bar will give you what you have now. This should reduce the frustration level once you train your brain to the new method.... Smile

Maybe the Wings3D default setting should be turned on instead of off since many users have this question/issue???

That is not a bug. I suggest you ask this kind of "problem" at the Interface & Usage session before report it as a bug. Wink

By searching for "Select Mode" you will find these two useful answers:

- Stop selection mode from changing automatically? (check this one for "fix" your problem)

You are too fast for me. Maybe the Default setting for Wings3D should be changed since so many have this issue???
