Looks like he/she sold a copy. What is wrong with people that they'd bid on an item that is described as free??

Where else would you get such a bargain bundle?!?
Included as a bonus on the CD are VLC, ClamWIN, OpenOffice, KeyPass and DVDStyler. All that software for free! Still, technically, he seems to be within all the Open Source licencing rules so good luck to him. 'Free' (as in beer) advertising for Wing 3D, I say.

For each software in that bundle there are different licenses. Imagining the seller read all of them and had them cleared with a lawyer is giving them too much credit.
Wings can be sold according to its license, but it's still morally corrupt.

He uses a couple of my images for this scam. Not sure I like it... I also recognize Ania's snake and mouse picture...

Altough I think you should've picked one of Klicek's insanely efficient meshes to show off wings capabilities...

I should add a few more shots to the Gallery, and Klicek's are really great.
I liked your dragon for the front page because it is a great model and it has wings

I love the dragon for the wings connection as well...
 I imagine the only people who would purchase the package are people who are new at using computers or never got in deep enough to know how to download software??? If the CD boots up with a window that says click here to install, the seller could argue that he is providing a service...  I do think that using images without permission is unacceptable. He should be willing to give a portion of his profits to the creators of the images... oort |
