What we would expect by checking the "Scale whole object" checkbox?
I tried it in all selection modes and it doesn't nothing for me. Or I'm doing something wrong.

Also, I'm getting a crash every time I try use the MMB option.

Is there someone else experiencing these things? Any suggestions?

TIA
Micheus

Micheus,
The check boxes do not work as intuitive as they should. The numbers in the dialog box do not update until you close it and open again. Sometimes I get the numbers I expect and other times I do not.

See this thread for a recent discussion about this... Absolute Scale Check Boxes

I got a crash the first time I used MMB but now I cannot get it. The crash must happen when an invalid point is given????

Edit: If I remember right I was the one who suggested the link check-boxes. I thought it was a good way to avoid having to type the numbers when the numbers wanted are the same. Unless you can make them work better it may be better to remove them.... Sad Doing some tests right now it seems the results are more often wrong than right.

About the update the changes, almost the time I need to move the mouse over the Geo window to see them..

It seems to be.

I'm looking on these command because I implemented a new option for Snap proposed by Optigon. (here).

Thanks oort

Moving the mouse over the geometry window does not cause the dialog box numbers to show the correct numbers for me... Sad The object is updated but I have to start Absolute Scale again to see what the numbers truly are. I get unexpected numbers in the dialog.

Very strange.

I noticed if we mark the "Link" checkbox for X,Y and Z we can produce the scale for whole object.
Anyway, I think that it would be used in other sel mode than body - as used in Move command.
